FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We've got answers.

How does crypto-backed lending work on CryptoGet?

You deposit your cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, BNB, MATIC, BCH) as collateral in your Loan Collateral Wallet. Based on your collateral value, you can borrow up to 50% of its value (Loan-to-Value ratio). Once approved, loan funds are disbursed to your Disbursement Wallet, ready for withdrawal or investment.

What are the different wallet types and their purposes?

CryptoGet provides multiple wallets: Main Wallet for storing your crypto assets; Loan Collateral Wallet where assets are locked as loan security; Disbursement Wallet where approved loan funds are deposited; Stable Wallet (USDT) for holding stablecoins and swapping to other cryptocurrencies; and Loan Repayment Wallet for making loan payments and auto-debit repayments.

How does the tier system work and what are the benefits?

CryptoGet has three tier levels: Tier 1 for new users with instant approval and basic loan amounts; Tier 2 with higher loan limits, extended terms, and priority support; Tier 3 (VIP) with the highest loan limits, dedicated account manager, lowest fees, and exclusive perks. Higher tiers can access all loan amounts from lower tiers, giving you more flexibility.

How do I repay my loan?

You can repay your loan through your Loan Repayment Wallet. Simply deposit USDT or the loan currency into this wallet and make a manual payment. You can also make partial payments (installments). The system also supports auto-debit, which automatically collects repayments from your Loan Repayment Wallet and Stable Wallet when your loan is due.

What happens if I miss a loan repayment?

If you miss a repayment, the auto-debit system will attempt to collect funds from your Loan Repayment Wallet first, then from your Stable Wallet (converting USDT if needed). If funds are still insufficient, a portion of your collateral may be used to cover the outstanding amount. We recommend always keeping funds in your repayment wallets to avoid using collateral.

Can I swap cryptocurrencies on CryptoGet?

Yes! You can swap USDT from your Stable Wallet to other supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, BNB, MATIC, BCH). The swapped assets are deposited directly to your chosen Main Wallet. Real-time exchange rates and estimates are provided before confirming any swap.

Is my collateral and funds secure?

Absolutely. All wallets on CryptoGet are segregated and secured with industry-standard encryption. Your collateral is held in dedicated collateral wallets and is only used if you default on loan payments. Upon full repayment, your entire collateral is returned to you. We employ strict security protocols to protect all user assets.

How is the interest fee calculated?

Interest fees are calculated as a percentage of your loan amount based on the specific loan tier and amount bracket. Each loan amount has a predefined interest rate set by the platform. The total repayable amount (loan + interest) and repayment duration are clearly shown before you confirm your loan application.
